Must use 2020-2021 official state rosters. Up to 5 guest players for age groups U9-U12 and up to 8 guest players for age groups U12 (11v11) & U13-U19.

Communication from the tournament will be via e-mail and this website only. The team manager and coach must ensure that all contact information is correct on the registration form. Please check e-mail and this website often.
Accepted teams will be notified by email on a rolling basis prior to the final acceptance deadline. Payment must be received before a team will be considered for acceptance.
Teams in the age groups U14 & older will be required to pay a performance bond of $300 as part of their entrance fees. At the completion of the tournament, teams that complete all of their games will be refunded the amount of their performance bond of $300. Should teams not complete all of their games, the performance bond will be forfeited. There is no prorating of the performance bond.
Withdrawal / Refund/Cancellation Policy
Once an application is submitted and payment is received, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
If a team is not accepted or can't be placed in the tournament a full refund will be given.
Should cancellation of some/all tournament games occur due to circumstances beyond the control of the Tournament Director, the FC Dulles Board of Directors will determine the refund amount if there are sufficient funds to refund after paying all tournament expenses. Since there are upfront costs to hosting a tournament that cannot be recovered by FC Dulles, no team will receive a full refund of their tournament entrance fee in the event the tournament is canceled.
