FC Dulles Soccer Club- Who are we?

FC Dulles is a 501(c)3 non-profit soccer club servicing Western Fairfax and Eastern Loudoun counties in Northern Virginia including the communities of Chantilly, Herndon, Reston, Oakton, Fairfax, Clifton, Vienna, Centreville, South Riding, and Aldie.

Our mission is to teach and promote the positive values of integrity, dedication, and respect and to inspire the youth of our community to discover the passion and love for the beautiful game of soccer.

FC Dulles offers youth soccer programming and pathways for boys & girls of all skill levels ages 3-U19 including REC/Grassroots soccer- Eaglets (U3/U4); Micro-Academy (U5/U6); REC Academy (U7-U9); and REC SFL (U10-U19), and year-round competitive travel soccer starting from U9.

Our curriculum-based programming- based on US Youth Soccer's Player Development Model, US Soccer's Player Development Initiatives, and the current Play-Practice-Play reality-based training format- is taught by experienced, licensed coaches (or coaches working towards their licenses) focusing on developing the individual as a player and as a person in a holistic team environment to learn and improve and reach the next level.

Our club-centric philosophy with a unique style and system of play is supported by our curriculum, programs, and player development philosophy in a highly professionalized, conceptual, well-organized learning environment.

FC Dulles understands that soccer is a long term development sport. Our players are always looking to improve through effort, integrity, dedication, respect, and to accept challenges to overcome obstacles and succeed. Our coaching objectives are to develop technically confident players who make great decisions on their own, display resiliency, learn composure under pressure, provide tactical guidance in all phases of play, and help develop an overwhelming will to succeed.

FC Dulles participates in local competitive leagues including NCSL, one of the traditional highest youth competitions in the region that now provides a pathway for teams to play at the highest level in the State, Regional, and National United States Youth Soccer competitions.

FC Dulles is a member of United States Youth Soccer, Virginia Youth Soccer Association (VYSA), NCSL for travel teams  (National Capital Soccer League), and the SFL (Suburban Friendship League) for REC teams U10-U19. Our U3-U9 REC/Grassroots programs are in-house programs.

We look forward to working with the youth of our community to teach our young players the game of soccer, develop respect and integrity, and help them develop a love and passion for the game of soccer. Ronaldo, Messi, Mia, Mbappe, Modric, Kristine, Landon, Clint, Trinity, Abby, Carly, Cobi, & Christian (to name just a few) didn't become great soccer players overnight. Through hard work, commitment, and resiliency they became great because they learned the love and passion for the game at a young age. Whether your goal is to play in college, MLS, NWSL, the Premier League, the World Cup, or to play with friends, exercising, and having fun, FC Dulles is here to spark that passion and start and guide you on the journey towards realizing your long-term goals. When it comes to youth soccer you can count on us! Come join us and experience our culture and get familiar with our training and understand our goals.

FC Dulles Stands Against Racism & Bigotry

FC Dulles stands against any form of racism or bigotry in America. Discrimination is painful and intolerable. We are a diverse and inclusive community soccer club and we take a stand against injustice. This is our community and we are committed to learn and educate our players and coaches and use our voices for positive change.
