Our curriculum-based programming- based on US Youth Soccer's Player Development Model and US Soccer's 2017 Player Development Initiatives is taught by experienced, licensed coaches, and focuses on developing the individual player by instilling a growth mindset approach to learning and by coaching the required technical skills to reach the next level. Soccer is a long term development sport and we seek not to rush players into competitions beyond what they are ready for (i.e. highly competitive leagues), but rather take a patient approach in their development. The FC Dulles soccer player is always looking to improve through effort, hard work, and accepts challenges to overcome obstacles to succeed. Our objectives are to develop technically confident players who display resiliency and learn composure under pressure.
FC Dulles participates in local competitive leagues including NCSL, ODSL, SFL, and FC Dulles 4 v 4 Futsal League.
We look forward to the dawn of an exciting new era as FC Dulles will provide us the platform to communicate to the community our values and mission to teach our young players the game of soccer, develop integrity, and help them develop a love and passion for the beautiful game.
